Ever tried making takoyaki? Now’s your chance! In this fun and flavorful experience, you’ll grill your very own takoyaki — crispy on the outside, fluffy inside — in a popular eatery just steps from Shinjuku Station.
What is takoyaki?
Takoyaki is a ball-shaped Japanese snack made of a wheat flour-based batter filled with pieces of octopus, cooked in a special griddle. It’s a classic street food loved across Japan. Topped with savory sauce, bonito flakes, aonori (green seaweed), and mayo, it’s a perfect balance of taste and texture.
Your host will walk you through the entire process: from pouring the batter and turning the balls with skewers to applying the finishing touches. Whether you’re a foodie or just curious about Japanese cuisine, this is an experience to remember.
