Faqs

What is included in the Reserved Seating for the ANA Crowne Plaza Dinner Show?

A Dinner Show typically includes a high-quality meal and drinks served at your table before the performance begins. Because these events are held in hotel banquet halls, the atmosphere is more formal and intimate, allowing you to enjoy the concert from your dining seat.

How does a “Release Party” event at Toyosu PIT differ from a standard tour date?

Release Parties are often held to commemorate a new single or album launch and may include special talk segments or shorter setlists compared to the full hall tour. However, the energy at Toyosu PIT is usually very high as it attracts the most dedicated core fanbase.

Can I request specific seating rows for high-demand venues like NHK Hall?

While we cannot guarantee a specific row, our concierge team always aims to secure the best available “Reserved Seating” through the official ticket lotteries or platforms. You may specify a preference for the ground floor or balcony in your request form.

Is there a formal dress code for Toshihiko Tahara’s hall performances?

There is no strict dress code for general hall concerts, and most fans wear casual or semi-casual attire. However, for the Dinner Show in Hokkaido, guests often choose slightly more formal or “smart casual” clothing to match the hotel environment.

Will I be able to access my ticket if the event uses a Japanese mobile app?

Yes, Jasumo specializes in assisting international visitors with Japanese “Smart Ticket” applications that often require local phone number authentication. We handle the technical registration and coordination so that your digital ticket is ready for entry on your smartphone.
