Why Book Through Jasumo

Overseas visitors routinely encounter complex administrative barriers when attempting to buy concert tickets in Japan. Jasumo bridges this gap through a comprehensive concierge service.

  • Access: Japanese ticketing platforms frequently restrict sales to domestic residency, local credit cards, and verified Japanese phone numbers, causing high-demand shows to sell out quickly to foreign buyers. We secure tickets through our wide network of sources, including event organizers, official platforms, event owners, and verified secondary market sources when primary sales are exhausted.
  • Communication: Event updates, entry instructions, and ticket platform verification processes are conducted entirely in Japanese. Jasumo handles all official correspondence and keeps you thoroughly informed in English throughout the process.
  • Payment & Delivery: Japanese ticketing channels routinely reject international payment cards. Jasumo processes your order securely through standard international channels, authenticates every ticket as genuine, and arranges delivery to your hotel or Airbnb accommodation in Japan via Japanese courier or local post where physical collection is required.
