Faqs

What are “Reserved seats with annotations” for this performance?

Annotated seats are tickets that may have a partially obstructed view of the stage due to technical equipment, railings, or venue pillars. These are typically offered at a different rate for those who prioritize attending the event over having a perfect sightline.

How do I claim the special vacuum stainless steel bottle merchandise?

If you have purchased a “Reserved seating with merchandise” ticket, you will receive an exchange voucher. You must present both your performance ticket and this voucher at the venue on the day of the event to collect your bottle.

Are there specific entry requirements for student ticket holders?

Yes, anyone entering with a student ticket must present a valid student ID or student handbook at the door. If you cannot provide verification, you will be required to pay the price difference between the student and general admission ticket at the gate.

Is there a minimum age requirement for children to attend the festival?

Elementary school students and older require a full ticket for entry. Preschool children can enter for free if they sit on a parent’s lap, but if they require their own seat, a standard ticket must be purchased.

Will the performance be recorded or broadcast on television?

As this event is tied to a popular TV program, some footage from the performance may be used for a television broadcast at a later date. By attending, you should be aware that audience members may occasionally appear in the background of the footage.
