Faqs

Are there specific characters associated with the Premium and Sofa seat types?

Yes, these seat categories are often themed after specific Guardians such as Sailor Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, and even Tuxedo Mask. While the physical seat is the same, selecting a specific character type may relate to exclusive merchandise or designated seating areas assigned to that character’s fan block.

What should I know about booking the BOX Room at Club eX?

The BOX Room is a private area that can accommodate up to four people, making it ideal for groups or families. However, please be aware that these rooms have handrails that may partially obstruct the view of the stage, though they offer a more relaxed and secluded viewing experience.

Can I purchase tickets if the official site shows “Sold Out” for a specific date?

If the official inventory is exhausted, Jasumo can attempt to source tickets through verified and trusted resale marketplaces within Japan. We prioritize finding legitimate tickets to ensure your entry is guaranteed, though availability in these secondary markets changes rapidly.

Is there a specific age limit for children attending the Sailor Moon show?

Most theatrical performances in Japan require children to have their own ticket, and some may have age restrictions for very young toddlers. We recommend checking with our concierge team during your inquiry so we can confirm the specific entry requirements for the Shinagawa venue.

How does the payment process work for international credit cards?

Many Japanese ticketing platforms do not accept foreign-issued credit cards, which is why Jasumo handles the payment coordination. You can pay us through flexible methods, and we will complete the transaction using local payment systems, including convenience store settlements or Japanese banking transfers.
