Faqs

What does the “All Standing” ticket type imply for venue entry?

An “All Standing” ticket means there are no assigned seats and the entire floor is open for standing. Entry is generally determined by the reference number on your ticket, so it is best to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the doors open to secure your place in the entry queue.

Is there a mandatory drink fee required at the tour venues?

Yes, most Japanese live houses like LIVE HOUSE enn 2nd and Shibuya WWW X require a separate drink fee to be paid in cash at the door. This fee usually ranges between 500 and 600 yen and will grant you a token that can be exchanged for one drink at the interior bar.

Are there any specific age restrictions for the Earthists. GRANDRAY tour?

While age limits vary by venue, most rock and metal live houses in Japan allow entry for elementary school students and older, provided they have a valid ticket. We recommend checking specific venue policies if you plan to bring younger children to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

What happens if a specific performance date is listed as sold out?

If the official ticket platform indicates that a show is sold out, Jasumo can still assist by searching for tickets through trusted and verified resale marketplaces in Japan. While availability is never guaranteed, we will make every effort to help you find a valid ticket for your preferred date.

How can I contact the event organizers for detailed inquiries?
