Faqs:
Does the HERO13 Black have a GPS function?
No, the GoPro HERO13 Black does not have a GPS function. Location data cannot be automatically recorded or tracked with the camera alone.
Can I use my old GoPro batteries with this camera?
Older GoPro batteries will work, but you will receive a warning, and some camera functionality will be limited. It is strongly recommended to use the included 1900 mAh Enduro batteries for optimal performance, especially in cold environments.
Is the camera safe to use in extreme temperatures?
The camera is designed to operate between -10 degrees C and 35 degrees C. In very cold environments (below 0 degrees C), the Enduro batteries are essential. In high-temperature conditions (direct sun, high-resolution/high-frame-rate shooting), the camera may stop recording to prevent overheating; this is a specification, not a malfunction.
Does using HyperSmooth stabilization affect the video?
Yes, using the image stabilization function will slightly crop the footage. Additionally, the Horizon Lock feature is not available when shooting in high-frame-rate modes like 5.3K@60fps, 4K@120fps, or 1080p@240fps.
Is a memory card included in the rental?
Yes, a 64 GB SanDisk micro SDXC Extreme Pro card is included in the package for your convenience.
