We mainly use thigh and breast of [Hakata Jidori chicken], a brand jidori-chicken from Fukuoka, and [Kioran egg], a high-grade egg from Asakura, Fukuoka. Concerning the broth, you can select [Ganso-aji (original flavor)] or [Koi-tsuyu (condensed sauce)], and three different grades; [standard], [high-grade], and [premium-grade].
