Faqs

Are there any additional costs required at the venue entrance?

Yes, it is standard for Japanese live houses to require a separate drink fee upon entry. For this event at Shinjuku LOFT, you will need to pay 600 yen at the door, for which you will receive a drink token.

Can I request a specific area to stand in within the venue?

The ticket type is “All Standing,” which means there are no assigned spots or seats. Entry is typically managed by a reference number on your ticket, so arriving early according to your number is recommended for better positioning.

What happens if the weather conditions are severe on the day of the show?

Performance details and event status are subject to change due to weather or other unavoidable factors. It is highly recommended to check the official Shinjuku LOFT website or the artists’ social media channels for real-time updates before traveling.

How does the Smart Ticket system work for international visitors?

Smart Tickets are digital passes received on a smartphone app. Since these often require Japanese phone number verification, Jasumo’s concierge service handles the technical setup so you can simply present the ticket on your device at the door.

Is there a limit to how many tickets I can purchase for a single group?

You can specify up to eight tickets per application, allowing you to attend with a large group. However, there is an application limit of four times per user to ensure fair access for all fans interested in the 2-man special.
