The restaurant prides itself on sourcing 100% Hiroshima Prefecture-produced ingredients, including the finest Hiroshima beef, oysters, and octopus from the Seto Inland Sea. Fresh vegetables from Kumano, the owner’s hometown, as well as locally produced soy sauce, wasabi, and salt, ensure that only the best products are used. AOHIGE also offers rare delicacies like abalone from the nearby seas of Kurahashi and Etajima, giving guests a chance to enjoy local flavors in a unique and high-quality setting.
