    This is also popular as a la carte order. A total of seven creative appetizers featuring the food of the mountains, without seafood used in sushi. With many first-harvested and seasonal ingredients, you can enjoy seasonal delicacies that reflect the changing seasons.

    Its deliciousness of the classic sushi topping, squid, is praised by sushi enthusiasts. Squid is prepared to highlight its natural sweetness and texture. When combined with the delicious rice with red vinegar, it makes a blissful sushi. The decorative knife work and the accent of colorful sesame are also exquisite.
