Full Description

Your tour begins in Nishi-Shinjuku, where you’ll meet your guide and be introduced to the basics of izakaya culture. From there, you’ll explore the neon-lit alleyways and hidden corners of Shinjuku, stopping at three different local bars to taste delicious foods and enjoy drinks with locals.

Each stop is carefully selected to provide a unique experience—from retro Showa-era bars to trendier spots known only to locals. Along the way, your guide will explain Japanese drinking etiquette, bar culture, and stories behind the neighborhoods you visit.

Key sights include:

Omoide Yokocho: A nostalgic alley filled with tiny bars and grill spots
Kabukicho: Tokyo’s famous entertainment district
Hanazono Shrine: A peaceful cultural landmark
